Senior technical leader embedded in a Scrum team to design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and services; lead data modeling and warehousing; enforce data engineering best practices, quality frameworks, SLAs/SLOs, and observability; translate product and analytics needs into durable data platforms; mentor engineers and influence cross-team technical direction.

Build and ship full-stack features across frontend and backend, collaborate with product, design, and senior engineers, write automated tests and participate in code reviews, debug production and development issues, contribute to system design discussions, and proactively grow engineering skills under mentorship.

Lead strategy and execution of email and push programs to drive digital membership acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention. Build personalized, triggered campaigns, run A/B tests, partner with Product/Editorial/Design/Data, manage segmentation and promotions, and report on membership KPIs to grow LTV and conversions.
