Coordinate non-clinical pediatric home-care operations, supporting the Pediatric QR and department staff. Manage administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation, and communication to ensure efficient care delivery. Requires strong computer, organizational, and communication skills; bilingual preferred.

Coordinate scheduling of home health aides (HHA) and personal care assistants (PCA), ensure aide placement meets patient needs, handle incident and complaint reports, and perform weekly outreach to new cases using templates.

Review and validate OASIS-C assessments and clinical documentation for assigned COCs to ensure compliance with CMS regulations. Monitor accuracy, completeness, and integrity of home health records, communicate findings, and support corrective actions. Work Monday–Friday daytime in an office setting.
