Audits personnel files for compliance and scans documents into the HRIS. This temporary role requires independent and collaborative work, with potential for full-time advancement and overtime during the project.

Performs payroll and general ledger reconciliations, records payroll taxes and related liabilities, prepares journal entries, analyzes accounts, and supports month- and year-end close activities and audits. The role also completes quarterly Form 941 reconciliations, researches variances, and assists with accounting projects. Strong Excel skills, payroll tax knowledge, accounting experience, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting are required.
