Leads Miniwanca’s year-round residential Girls Camp program serving approximately 350 youth and 75+ seasonal staff. Responsibilities include program planning, budgeting, risk management, regulatory compliance, seasonal staff recruitment and training, participant recruitment, family relations, site leadership, emergency response, and stakeholder representation. The role requires onsite residency during summer sessions, evening and weekend work, rugged-terrain mobility, and occasional travel for recruitment and outreach events.

Manages client relationships and end-to-end registration for camps and enrollment programs. Oversees the registration database, participant forms, financial aid and scholarships, enrollment reporting, and travel logistics. Serves as a primary contact for families, supports opening-day registration, coordinates with program teams, and assists with reception coverage. This is a year-round, full-time, primarily on-site role with seasonal weekend work and occasional travel.
