Provides technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, applications, and network-connected systems across ophthalmology practices. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, manages support requests, prepares equipment and hardware images, supports upgrades, coordinates with vendors and engineering teams, maintains documentation, and trains users. The role also assists with system implementations, equipment ordering, and onsite client troubleshooting.
