Lead accounting and finance operations for a nonprofit, overseeing reporting, budgeting, cash management, AP/AR, grant and contract accounting, audits, internal controls, systems improvements, and a finance team while partnering with leadership to provide financial insights.

Provide leadership and oversight of a Day Program location, ensuring high-quality services, regulatory compliance (DDS), accurate billing, staff hiring and development, and program growth through community relationships.
