Manages caseloads for guests in a developmental disabilities day program. Develops individualized service plans, goals, assessments, progress notes, and required reports; maintains confidential records; coordinates with families, guardians, providers, clinicians, and funding sources; participates in ISP and IDT meetings; supports referrals, emergencies, safety procedures, staff training, and guest goal attainment.

Provides individualized career counseling, job-search assistance, resume and interview preparation, and employment follow-up for students and graduates. Develops career-readiness workshops, builds employer and community partnerships, coordinates referrals and employment opportunities, and supports student outcomes through collaboration with case managers, agencies, and funding sources. Maintains placement goals, participates in organizational events, and contributes to special projects and student success initiatives.

Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. Build talent pipelines through colleges, community organizations, and job fairs. Manage candidate experience, applicant tracking in Paycom, recruiting metrics, job postings, employer-branding campaigns, and referral programs while partnering with hiring managers and promoting organizational culture.
