Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers in Colombia, driving revenue growth, retention, profitability, renewals, and new business. Build executive-level relationships, lead complex negotiations and partnerships, coordinate cross-functional teams, present financial and account performance, provide market intelligence, and navigate internal governance. The role also mentors junior commercial professionals and demonstrates readiness for broader commercial leadership.

Leads supplier performance management for strategic suppliers and assigned regions, including KPI and SLA tracking, governance, business reviews, corrective actions, compliance, health and safety, financial risk, and third-party risk management. Partners with Operations, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Risk stakeholders to resolve supplier issues, improve performance, support audits, and influence sourcing and supplier strategy decisions.

Lead administration and operational maturity for middleware, custom application, and integration platforms. Own configuration standards, CI/CD pipelines, automation, deployments, monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and ITIL-aligned processes across enterprise environments. Partner with engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and architecture teams to improve reliability, scalability, and supportability. Drive root-cause elimination, documentation, continuous improvement, and technical mentoring for junior analysts.
