Lead FP&A analyses including financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and valuation support. Prepare presentations and commentary for executive reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, respond to complex report requests, and provide actionable financial recommendations to stakeholders.

Support the Real Estate Transaction team by intake and submission of deals, managing transaction packages, ensuring legal and compliance requirements, coordinating with internal and external parties, monitoring critical dates and closings, managing funding and vendor invoice processing, and proposing process improvements to streamline transactions.

Manage HR administrative processes including onboarding/offboarding, payroll and IMSS compliance, benefits administration, data entry into HR systems, payroll incident reporting and coordination with accounting, payroll providers, and auditors. Prepare statutory reports, employee documentation, and support employee programs.
