Develops policies, controls, standard operating procedures, executive insights, and improvement plans while supporting sustainability reporting and maintaining the global supply chain portal.

Staff Attorney responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements, including tenant licenses, ground leases, easements, amendments, and access agreements. The role analyzes contract terminations, renewals, assignments, defaults, permitting, and title issues; communicates with customers, property owners, title companies, and internal teams; and resolves contractual and property-related matters.
