Manages escalated accounts payable invoice and National Accounts disputes. Responsibilities include reconciling vendor statements to general ledger accounts, reviewing GRNI, resolving pricing and quantity variances, coordinating vendor payments and credit memos, supporting system and process improvements, maintaining AP and AR controls, assisting with year-end close and audits, and serving as an escalation point for procure-to-pay issues.

Leads enterprise sourcing strategy and supplier governance across transportation, logistics, fleet, and labor services. Develops network optimization and cost-to-serve strategies, negotiates contracts, manages supplier performance, and drives cost savings, service reliability, capacity planning, and operational improvements. Partners with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance leadership to develop business cases, monitor KPIs and SLAs, manage supplier risk, and deliver sourcing initiatives through implementation.

Supports enterprise and business-unit financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, budgeting, profitability reviews, variance analysis, financial modeling, and executive reporting. The role partners with senior leaders, investors, and functional teams on pricing, investments, M&A, capital structure, market analysis, and strategic finance projects. It also provides decision support, develops scorecards and presentations, and analyzes operational and financial metrics across the organization.
