Lead end-to-end UX design projects for digital and mobile experiences serving young users. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs in Figma; apply design systems, responsive design, accessibility, and inclusive-design practices. Interpret research and product data, collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and external partners, present design decisions, manage feedback, and deliver high-quality work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Owns communications strategy for an Impact Hub, translating research and programmatic work into accessible stories and campaigns. Manages editorial planning, email marketing, social channels, executive thought leadership, creative coordination, message consistency, stakeholder communications, and performance measurement. Partners with leaders and subject matter experts to increase visibility and influence across education and workforce fields.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including data cleaning, statistical analysis, subgroup comparisons, regression, clustering, and significance testing. Manage online research communities for teens, parents, and counselors, overseeing recruitment, engagement, incentives, research programming, and member experience. Translate findings into dashboards, visualizations, reports, and presentations for nontechnical audiences. Collaborate cross-functionally to shape research agendas, deliver rapid insights, and advance data-driven initiatives.

Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across a multi-entity organization; prepares journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and GAAP reporting. Manages treasury operations, banking relationships, cash forecasting, tax compliance, audits, consolidations, and subsidiary support. Develops accounting policies, strengthens internal controls, researches technical accounting matters, and improves processes and systems while collaborating with internal teams, auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.

Lead launch and operation of the Explore Impact Hub: set strategic direction and theory of change, design and manage a portfolio of programs, oversee research and evaluation, cultivate national partnerships and field-building, recruit and lead the Hub team, manage budgets and operations, and serve as the Hub's primary external ambassador.
