Three-year rotational entry-level engineering program focused on roadway design and project delivery. Participants will develop roadway alignments, typical sections, site assessments, engineering reports, construction plan sets in MicroStation ORD, design calculations, and cost estimates. Projects include roundabouts, urban and rural roads, and interstate improvements. The role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits and provides training, mentorship, regional project exposure, and cross-office experience.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, and leadership roles across architecture, engineering, construction, environmental, and planning disciplines. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, screening, interviewing, offer development, pre-employment coordination, stakeholder communication, recruiting process improvements, employer branding, workforce planning, and representing the company at industry events.

Provides strategic leadership for complex architectural and interior design projects from inception through completion. Manages client relationships, project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, consultants, contractors, and construction administration. Leads proposals, business development, client presentations, and negotiations while ensuring design quality and financial performance. Mentors project managers and coordinators, supports staff development, manages risk, and contributes to firm growth.
