Teams at American Song Archives, LLC

Supports archival accessioning, processing, preservation, description, collections management, reference services, and reading room operations. The role creates accession records and DACS-compliant finding aids, communicates with donors, manages physical and digital holdings in ArchivesSpace and Starchive, coordinates materials for exhibitions and loans, monitors storage conditions, and assists with policies, supplies, training, and workflow improvements.

Leads marketing, communications, branding, audience development, digital campaigns, public relations, analytics, budgeting, and team management for the American Song Archives. Oversees brand strategy for the Woody Guthrie Center and Bob Dylan Center, drives visitation, memberships, donations, events, and online engagement, manages agencies and multidisciplinary teams, and serves on the senior leadership team. The role is full-time and in-person in Tulsa, with occasional evening, weekend, and potentially travel requirements.
