Teams at American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB)

Leads the Coalition for the Life Sciences’ federal science-policy advocacy, communications, programs, fundraising, financial management, member engagement, and board operations. Builds relationships with Congress, federal agencies, member organizations, and research stakeholders; develops advocacy priorities and messaging; oversees congressional briefings and annual events; manages budgets and sustainability strategies; and advances the organization’s mission in partnership with its board and ASCB leadership.

Serve as a strategic communications partner to the CEO and volunteer President by managing calendars, preparing executive briefing materials, talking points, memos and presentations, coordinating governance and special projects, conducting research and analysis, supporting cross-functional initiatives, representing the CEO's office, and translating executive priorities into operational execution.
