Develop and maintain customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, understand customer needs, present solutions and proposals, negotiate and close deals, and provide post-sale follow-up. The role requires after-hours on-call availability, a valid driver’s license, and paid training in Oklahoma City within the first 60 days.

Manages restoration files from customer intake through mitigation, demolition, and reconstruction. Coordinates customers, insurance carriers, field technicians, and project managers; submits scopes of work, tracks approvals, schedules demolition, facilitates reconstruction handoffs, maintains documentation, and proactively follows up on outstanding tasks to prevent delays.

Develops hospitality and commercial property management accounts through field prospecting, relationship building, vendor approvals, service agreements, networking, and account management. Maintains a sales pipeline and client interactions in CRM software, coordinates with project management, and represents the company at industry events. The role requires extensive driving, face-to-face meetings, persistence, strong communication, and familiarity with hospitality or commercial property management.
