Receive, verify, store, and distribute inventory, supplies, raw materials, and controlled substances in a pharmaceutical warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, stage materials for production in FIFO order, support QA/QC sampling, process system transactions, and follow cGMP, FDA, DEA, safety, and company procedures. Operate certified material-handling equipment, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and coordinate material movement with production and other departments.

Leads demand forecasting and S&OP planning for a pharmaceutical product portfolio. Develops forecasts, analyzes trends, risks, inventory and supply constraints, monitors product and competitive performance, and prepares executive-level recommendations. Partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Trade, Finance, Product Management, and Commercial Leadership to support prioritization, KPI tracking, and commercial planning.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to multiple executives by managing complex calendars, communications, meetings, travel, expense reports, presentations, action items, and departmental activities. Coordinates internal and external stakeholders, events, logistics, and follow-ups while handling confidential information with discretion. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, and independent decision-making skills in a fast-paced office environment.
