Owns end-to-end procurement strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management for HR total rewards, benefits, payroll, and related technology services. Develops category strategies, leads RFI/RFP/RFQ events, negotiates contracts and SLAs, manages supplier performance and risk, delivers savings, oversees contract lifecycles, and partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires an east coast schedule.

Part-time Courier responsible for safely delivering and returning blood products and materials to hospitals and other customers. Duties include operating and maintaining a vehicle, verifying orders, loading supplies, documenting transport and storage, managing route inventory, providing customer service, and assisting with shipping and receiving. The role requires compliance with traffic, safety, and infection-control procedures, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around refrigerated materials.

Leads community disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and readiness programming across an assigned geographic area. Manages and develops volunteer teams, builds partnerships with community organizations, identifies local resources and service gaps, and coordinates disaster relief operations. Serves as the Red Cross disaster subject matter expert while expanding access among diverse and underserved communities. Requires annual deployment outside the region, collaboration across a matrixed organization, and availability for nights and weekends.
