Processes and stocks blood collection supply totes, assists with receiving and shipments, inspects materials, fulfills orders, prepares transportation documents, delivers supplies, operates electric pallet jacks, and supports inventory data entry and reconciliation. The role also coordinates with warehouse staff and volunteers, requires teamwork, and involves frequent lifting, pushing, standing, and walking.

Leads the American Red Cross Greater Atlanta chapter as its primary community-facing representative. Builds strategic relationships with donors, elected officials, nonprofits, businesses, faith organizations, volunteers, and community leaders. Drives chapter planning, fundraising, board development, volunteer leadership, public representation, and community resilience initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional teams and supports regional program, revenue, blood collection, volunteer engagement, and community engagement goals.

Manage and retain blood drive sponsors and feeder groups to achieve collection goals. Schedule blood drives, support sponsor contacts, coordinate with collections staff, and deliver education programs for volunteers and recruitment committees. Maintain sponsor performance records, apply organizational tools and strategies, and build community knowledge to expand blood program participation. The role requires strong communication, organization, presentation, negotiation, customer maintenance, teamwork, and driving abilities.
