Teams at American Red Cross

Lead volunteer-driven disaster cycle services across an assigned area or region: build and develop volunteer teams, engage community partners, plan and coordinate preparedness and response, identify resource gaps, and initiate disaster relief operations. Support diverse and underserved communities and collaborate across a matrix of staff and volunteers.

Manage and deliver Red Cross SAF and International Services at a military installation. Build community and military relationships, recruit and supervise volunteers, coordinate service delivery and outreach, manage budgets and reporting, and support program metrics and continuous improvement. Worldwide deployment and strict medical/security clearances required.

Support regional Disaster Program management by engaging and supervising volunteer teams, implementing disaster cycle services for local recurring disasters, collecting and analyzing program data, building volunteer capacity, and deploying to disaster response operations as required.
