Conduct moderate to complex financial analyses, forecasts, revenue and expense reporting, budget monitoring, and financial policy development. Review disaster service cases for compliance and help design automated evaluation processes. Provide recommendations to business leaders, support financial planning and control, and contribute to launching and supporting a team. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong financial, communication, analytical, and systems skills.

Leads regional administrative and business office operations, including budget monitoring, procurement, vendor and facility coordination, fleet management, records, grant reporting, events, and volunteer training. Supports facilities work orders, financial transactions, software systems, and regional technology issue escalation while ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance. Requires collaboration with internal teams, volunteers, vendors, and external stakeholders, with travel throughout the region and occasional travel outside it.

Provides complex administrative support to a department, including preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, timelines, and database queries. Administers projects and processes, analyzes operating practices, maintains confidential records, coordinates meetings and conferences, and supports cross-functional initiatives. May supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to volunteers. The role is based in Louisville, Kentucky, Monday through Friday, with minimal travel.
