Design, build, and maintain executive-level BI dashboards and visualizations for program and business metrics. Lead data and comparative analyses, implement data streams and analytics workflows, design and document BI systems, and maintain the Salesforce Data Cloud environment. Manage ETL, APIs, data governance, project lifecycle, Fonteva/Salesforce administration, stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to drive data-driven decision-making. Support grant-related work.

Lead and operate APA's enterprise application portfolio, primarily Salesforce. Own architecture, integrations, vendor relationships, security/compliance, data governance, roadmap planning, and hands-on platform administration. Manage a small team, provide technical escalation, drive platform improvements, testing, and stakeholder communication to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise services.

Lead development and delivery of accredited online and blended learning programs. Manage instructional design, vendor relationships, LMS workflows, project plans, budgets, accreditation compliance, data-driven needs assessments, and reporting to measure learning impact.
