Mentor elementary students in grades 2–6 during an after-school program by providing homework assistance, academic support, study-skills guidance, and a safe, positive classroom environment. The role supports three daily instructional periods, requires participation in training, and involves collaboration with program staff. It is part-time, up to 20 hours weekly from August through May, with school and summer breaks off.

Provides instructional and classroom support across campuses when teachers are absent. Delivers reading, math, and spelling instruction using Direct Instruction programs; follows lesson plans, supervises students, manages classroom behavior, maintains records, supports DIBELS assessments, communicates concerns, and collaborates with school staff. Schedule varies by campus and need, with a minimum expectation of four days per month during the school year.
