Serves as the HR business partner for a manufacturing site, advising leaders and employees on policies, compliance, employee relations, staffing, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning. The role manages HR processes through ADP, supports recruiting and leave administration, develops training, analyzes HR metrics, and ensures consistent policy application. It supervises one to two direct reports and collaborates with HR and operations teams on organizational improvements.

Lead new product development projects for the Center of Excellence, support manufacturing and quality on technical issues, research and qualify materials/processes, run in-plant trials, manage specifications, interface with customers and suppliers, and ensure packaging food-safety regulatory compliance. Role includes travel and continuous improvement responsibilities.

Supports a broad range of human resources activities, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee records, leave coordination, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, compliance, policy communication, and special events. Maintains confidential personnel information, processes employment documentation, supports disciplinary actions, responds to employee inquiries, and helps improve HR processes. The role may require occasional off-shift hours to address employee issues.
