Develops and submits pricing information, builds customer quotes using material and manufacturing costs, analyzes competitor pricing and profitability, and prices bids and orders. The role coordinates with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Technical, and Production Control teams; maintains pricing matrices and spreadsheets; recommends process and pricing improvements; and provides budgetary information. Business travel is required.

Lead customer complaint management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Maintain IBMS and ISO/FSSC certifications, run audits, and drive continuous improvement using statistical analysis (SPC, Cpk/Ppk, DOE) and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ). Manage validation programs, change control, gage R&R, and training while recommending capital projects to improve safety, productivity, and quality.

Provide hands-on engineering and design support for maintenance, equipment installation, machine design, and process improvements. Troubleshoot PLCs, motor control, and instrumentation; create schematics and documentation; manage projects; train staff; support safety and daily maintenance activities.
