The Closer/Funder prepares and reviews mortgage closing documents, ensures compliance with investor guidelines, resolves documentation issues, and wires loans for funding. The role collaborates with branch offices, closing agents, investors, warehouse banks, settlement agents, and internal departments while providing responsive customer service. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, mortgage documentation knowledge, and proficiency with mortgage software are required.

Supports day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including alert triage, vulnerability and patch management, software security reviews, configuration monitoring, identity and access reviews, security awareness, disaster recovery documentation, audit support, and compliance reporting. Works under senior cybersecurity staff while coordinating with internal technology teams, MSPs, MSSPs, and technology vendors. Maintains security documentation, tracks remediation activities, escalates issues, and assists with incident response and continuous process improvement.

Processes mortgage loan files from submission through funding and post-closing quality control. Reviews documentation, prepares disclosures, submits files through automated underwriting systems, coordinates with loan officers, borrowers, lenders, title companies, and agents, and follows up on approval and closing conditions. Handles construction, FHA, VA, conventional, DPA, USDA, and non-QM loans while maintaining procedures, turn times, customer service, and file compliance.
