Manages capital and plant projects from scope development through commissioning, coordinates contractors and vendors, and supports equipment procurement. Develops and implements the Mechanical Integrity Program, conducts inspections and evaluations, applies ASME and API standards, and supports safe, reliable, compliant plant operations.
