Evaluate and improve IT and cybersecurity controls, document risk frameworks and control matrices, configure ServiceNow IRM workflows, support SOX, SOC 2, access reviews, regulatory inquiries, and external audits, and provide compliance guidance and training.

Reviews, drafts, redlines, and negotiates commercial agreements, including nondisclosure, technology, and third-party services contracts. Identifies legal and business risks, partners with Procurement and business teams, provides practical guidance, manages competing priorities, escalates complex issues, and helps improve contracting processes and implement legal technology and AI tools.

Researches insurance laws and regulations, drafts and reviews policy forms and endorsements, evaluates regulatory impacts, and supports product development. The role translates complex requirements into clear guidance, coordinates state-specific filings and procedures, answers policy coverage questions, and collaborates with Product, Underwriting, Claims, Legal, and agile teams.
