Supports the Development Team with fundraising, donor stewardship, event planning, participant recruitment, and event execution. The intern will assist with email fundraising campaigns, press releases, event promotion, communications, and nonprofit development activities while gaining experience in collaboration, relationship cultivation, and professional communication.

Advises leaders on employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employment-law compliance. Conducts workplace investigations, guides corrective actions, supports talent initiatives, administers compensation and HRIS processes, monitors workforce data, and develops HR policies. Leads HR initiatives and partners with senior HR leadership and legal counsel on complex organizational, legal, financial, and reputational matters.

Supports nonprofit fundraising, special events, communications, and volunteer recruitment activities. Responsibilities include creating social media and media materials, compiling media lists and calendars, entering data, promoting events, assisting with mailings and tabling, recruiting volunteers, and contributing ideas for marketing and fundraising plans. The intern gains experience with nonprofit development, communications, event management, Microsoft Office, databases, and community outreach.
