Oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise and train staff, set staffing and workloads, monitor productivity and quality, maintain inventory records, interface with customers, identify process improvements, and ensure performance targets and customer satisfaction are met.

Manage client relationships and support hourly warehouse operations including recruiting, payroll, HR, customer service, coaching, and team support. Work onsite three days/week with weekend and evening availability; handle scheduling flexibility, travel, and multi-tasking while maintaining clear communication and attention to detail.

On-site bilingual (Spanish) recruiter responsible for sourcing and contacting candidates, conducting interviews, scheduling, extending offers, onboarding and orientations, running background checks, tracking attendance/payroll, and coordinating with managers and HR to maintain staffing levels.
