Lead manufacturing engineering, production readiness, prototyping, NPI, continuous improvement, engineering changes, and quality initiatives. Manage a small engineering team while developing routings, work instructions, labor standards, and production documentation. Partner cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Operations, and Quality to resolve manufacturability issues, improve throughput, reduce scrap and rework, and ensure successful transitions from prototype to production, particularly in sheet metal fabrication.

The Senior Accountant will manage general ledger activities, month-end close, reconciliations, accounts receivable, invoicing, revenue validation, inventory accounting, and manufacturing cost analysis. The role supports internal controls, audits, compliance, ERP data queries, reporting automation, and process improvements while collaborating with operations and the Controller.
