Provides administrative and operational support to the Sales organization, including customer onboarding, account data maintenance, order tracking, reporting, customer inquiries, and cross-functional coordination. Supports proposals, sales materials, meetings, trade shows, and process improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate records and confidential information. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills.

Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, three-way matching, payment runs, vendor master data, accruals, aging reports, 1099 reporting, and audit support. Lead the AP team, strengthen internal controls, standardize workflows, resolve invoice discrepancies, improve processes, and collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, and other cross-functional teams.

Manages customer accounts and collections to reduce past-due balances and support cash flow. Contacts customers for payment commitments, researches discrepancies, unapplied payments, deductions, chargebacks, and disputes, and maintains accurate account records. Provides invoices and payment information, collaborates with accounting, billing, sales, and customer experience teams, escalates unresolved issues, and supports month-end reconciliation and A/R reporting.
