American Landmark is hiring Community Managers, Assistant Managers, Leasing professionals, and Maintenance professionals for a new community in the greater Nashville area. Oversee a portfolio of Class A+ multifamily communities in San Antonio, including property operations, staffing, leasing, resident relations, maintenance standards, budgets, reporting, marketing, safety compliance, and business-plan execution. Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise Community Managers and property personnel while supporting resident retention, customer service, policy enforcement, and asset performance. Travel to properties as needed to provide operational, staffing, and property-condition support.

Supports the Community Manager with daily residential community operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, resident relations, vendor collaboration, policy enforcement, reporting, community events, and marketing. Maintains accurate leasing and maintenance records, resolves resident concerns, supports resident engagement and retention, and helps maintain occupancy and community standards.
