Assists with apartment community operations, leasing and marketing, rent posting, resident service, retention programs, reporting, supply inventory, and staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support. Requires apartment industry experience, property management software knowledge, customer service skills, and preferably bilingual communication. The position is based at a 295-unit residential community and includes background screening and drug testing.

Assists the Property Manager with residential community operations, leasing and marketing performance, rent posting, reporting, resident service, retention initiatives, supply inventory, and staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance recommendations. The role supports a 160-unit apartment community and requires apartment industry experience, property management software knowledge, and strong customer service skills.

Assist with daily operations of a 300-unit residential community, including leasing, rent posting, resident service, reporting, supplies, retention programs, and staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support. The role also contributes to marketing results, lease conversions, administrative compliance, and property management activities.
