Provides senior operational and administrative leadership for the Masor School and its doctoral programs. Oversees academic policies, student lifecycle processes, advising, dissertation administration, faculty coordination, scheduling, assessment, accreditation support, reporting, budgets, and cross-functional university collaboration. The role leads process improvement and strategic implementation while teaching up to three courses annually and participating in dissertation committees.

Leads the university’s technology strategy, governance, enterprise systems, cybersecurity partnerships, managed service provider, vendors, and institution-wide technology initiatives. Oversees CRM, cloud, enterprise applications, integrations, automation, data governance, and business process improvement. Advises executive leadership on technology investments, risks, budgets, and modernization while coordinating software implementations, cybersecurity efforts, vendor performance, and cross-functional technology projects.
