Receives, verifies, stores, labels, tracks, and ships materials while maintaining accurate inventory records in WMS and computer systems. The role involves operating forklifts and pallet jacks, preparing orders, serving internal customers, conducting counts, supporting audits, and maintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse. Prior warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience is requested, with forklift certification and bilingualism considered assets.

Provides administrative and operational support by entering data, preparing reports and manifests, recording vehicle weights, calculating driver charges, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting customers. The role requires strong organization, customer service, Microsoft Office proficiency, and adherence to workplace safety protocols. This is a full-time, fully onsite position scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
