Support host families and au pairs throughout cultural exchange placements by conducting visits, monitoring compliance, submitting reports, resolving conflicts, assisting with cultural adjustment and emergencies, organizing community events, promoting the program, and guiding prospective families through applications and matching. The role is remote and flexible but requires reliable local transportation, independent work, ongoing training, and regular communication with participants and program stakeholders.

Support and monitor au pair placements by onboarding and training participants, conducting in-home and virtual visits, ensuring compliance with Department of State regulations, resolving conflicts, organizing local cultural meetups and outreach, and promoting the program through community networking and events.
