Provides compassionate direct nursing care to long-term care residents, including medication administration, vital-sign monitoring, advocacy, communication with residents and families, and clinical leadership. The role requires an active Virginia RN license, an ASN or BSN, and effective communication skills. Day, evening, and night shifts are available, with full-time and part-time options.

Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents in a long-term care unit. The LPN Unit Manager applies nursing practices and regulations, communicates with residents and staff, supports daily unit operations, and works collaboratively with the care team. The role requires an active Virginia LPN license and values long-term care and supervisory experience.
