Perform and report laboratory testing across hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, automated chemistry, and serology. Maintain QC, perform instrument maintenance, document corrective actions, handle specimens, call critical results, manage inventory, and follow CLIA personnel responsibilities.

Perform pre- and post-analytic laboratory testing, prepare and process specimens, document and interpret results, maintain equipment and workspace, follow procedures and safety guidelines, and provide administrative support.

Drive AHA vehicles to pick up and deliver patient specimens, supplies, and mail between facilities and clients. Follow scheduled routes, maintain vehicle checklists, ensure accurate paperwork, provide professional customer service, handle STAT samples, perform basic vehicle maintenance, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
