Manages commercial insurance client accounts, renewals, proposals, carrier quotes, post-binding services, invoicing, certificates, and account records. Supports Account Executives and brokers with marketing, applications, service plans, contract reviews, and client presentations. Maintains service quality, manages renewal deadlines, markets selected coverage lines, and builds effective client and team relationships.

Owns operational workflows and business application processes across the insurance policy lifecycle. Serves as the Applied Epic subject matter expert, managing configuration, workflow design, implementations, migrations, data quality, system support, vendor relationships, and release evaluation. Leads training for agencies and internal teams, develops documentation and role-based materials, resolves help tickets, and drives process improvements that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

Provides administrative and client service support for commercial insurance account management. Processes account transactions, endorsements, audits, adjustments, certificates, renewals, quotes, and invoices. Maintains accurate client records, responds to client inquiries, and supports Account Managers and Account Executives with daily servicing and renewal activities while following company procedures.
