Supervise Health Benefits Officers and oversee telephone operations, including scheduling, call coverage, escalations, quality assurance, performance reporting, employee evaluations, training, onboarding, and staff development. Monitor queues, calls, correspondence, case inventory, and performance metrics while ensuring member satisfaction and effective communication with internal and external partners. Provide backup supervisory coverage and support operational projects.
