Manage contract lifecycle and maintain contract library; track 250+ invoices and 500+ payments; build and optimize tracking systems in Monday.com, Sutisoft, SurveyMonkey Apply, and ContractWorks; serve as primary operational liaison with Finance; produce reports, support audits, and improve workflows using AI productivity tools.

Prepare and manage the annual organizational and grant proposal budgets, perform reforecasting and financial analysis, load budgets into the ERP, produce monthly financial statements and dashboards, support audits, ensure compliance with grant and procurement policies, and collaborate with teams to optimize budget adherence.

Provide technical assistance to farmers and landowners to implement conservation practices in partnership with NRCS. Duties include site visits, planning, documentation, contractor and funding coordination, practice certification, records management, and attending trainings and meetings to support contract completion and program reporting.
