Lead and expand a regional producer-led grazing network across Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Recruit and support grazing mentors, coordinate outreach and educational events, develop resources with technical partners, build partnerships, and support implementation and evaluation of regenerative grazing practices to improve soil health, drought resilience, and ranch profitability.

Lead regional program development and relationship-building in the Texas Panhandle to increase adoption of regenerative grazing and soil-health practices. Deliver mentor network implementation, technical assistance, outreach, training events, soil sampling and data collection, conservation planning support, partner coordination, producer recruitment, and program tracking to improve drought resilience, water-use efficiency, and long-term farm viability.

Coordinates New York farm-to-institution initiatives connecting farmers, schools, food hubs, distributors, and other institutional partners. Leads a nine-month Farm to School Institute, provides technical assistance and coaching, develops trainings and resources, manages stakeholder networks, supports advocacy, evaluates programs, and identifies storytelling opportunities. Requires expertise in institutional food procurement, agriculture value chains, farm business assistance, and project coordination, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
