Translate product positioning into scalable messaging, frameworks, playbooks, and assets; manage agency relationships and a Content Specialist; establish content workflows and governance; support campaigns, launches, and sales enablement while incorporating performance insights.

Provide legal and strategic counsel for Global Merchant Services in Mexico, negotiating complex commercial agreements with fintechs, payment aggregators and acquirers; advise on payment flows, regulatory compliance, marketing/ad review, litigation coordination, and implementation of legal strategies across cross-functional teams.
