Operate a grader to install and grade rock and fill to precise finish for asphalt or concrete. Coordinate with superintendent and survey teams, manage water truck and material deliveries, perform base/subgrade inspections, ensure proper densities and binding, protect structures, and set up/use GPS machine-control equipment.

Operate skid steer to perform rough and finish grading, site preparation, material handling, and subgrade shaping for sidewalks, pavement, asphalt, and landscaping. Read plans and grade stakes, perform equipment inspections and maintenance, coordinate with crew and foremen, assist paving/concrete crews, maintain site cleanliness, and follow OSHA safety procedures.

Support project development from conception to completion by coordinating with project teams, reviewing contracts and plans, managing schedules and budgets, obtaining permits, ensuring QA/QC and code compliance, selecting vendors/subcontractors, preparing submittals and shop drawings, processing change orders, and creating/tracking RFIs to resolve field conflicts.
