Apprentice Millwrights repair, maintain, install, fabricate, align, and inspect machinery and equipment throughout paper mill and power departments. Duties include preventative maintenance, rigging, welding, plumbing, equipment teardown and repair, blueprint interpretation, crane operation, and safe use of tools and lifting equipment. The role requires physical work in varied temperatures and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
