Temporary FP&A Analyst supporting Merchandise Planning with financial modeling, Open-to-Buy (OTB) management, inventory forecasting, and sales/margin analysis. Partner with merchandising to deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, ad-hoc analytics, and process improvements to optimize inventory and support business decisions. Responsible for a merchandise category and cross-functional requests.

Build and modernize the AE.com single-page application, migrating legacy Ember components to Next.js. Develop modular, testable UI code, design A/B experiments, collaborate cross-functionally, leverage AI tools across the SDLC, improve engineering processes, produce technical designs, and support production issue resolution and risk mitigation.

Lead the multi-year modernization from Ember.js to Next.js, define enterprise web architecture and boilerplate, enable hybrid legacy/modern interoperability, champion AI-augmented SDLC, enforce technical governance for vendors, optimize developer experience and CI/CD, and drive performance (Core Web Vitals, RUM) and testing/observability to ensure high-scale, resilient e-commerce experiences.
