Develop and maintain customer relationships, generate leads, acquire new business, and support bid creation and deal closure within an assigned territory. The role represents security and access control products and services, provides technical product knowledge, supports customer payment resolution, monitors industry trends, and promotes regulatory compliance and safety. Manages security and access control installation and maintenance projects from concept through completion. Leads technicians, project engineers, contractors, and customer relationships while overseeing scheduling, job coordination, inventory, labor efficiency, financial performance, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Provides technical guidance, supports operational excellence, and collaborates with sales, marketing, and accounting. The role requires local and occasional overnight travel, blueprint interpretation, job estimating, and project cost management.

An Outside Sales Account Executive builds and maintains client relationships, generates leads, acquires customers, represents security and access-control products, and supports bid creation and deal closure. The role manages customer satisfaction, provides competitive intelligence, assists with collections and dispute resolution, and ensures compliance with safety and security regulations. It is customer-facing, requires local and occasional overnight travel, and involves selling across an assigned territory.
