Process invoices, match purchase orders, communicate with vendors, manage accounts payable records, support customer AR portals, enter and validate financial data, maintain vendor files, prepare customer invoices, and provide audit documentation. The role requires strong accuracy, organization, confidentiality, communication, and proficiency with accounting and information systems.

Manages daily LTL shipments through a transportation management system, coordinating customers and carriers, preparing shipping documents, tracking pickup and delivery performance, resolving service issues, auditing freight invoices, and producing operational reports. The role requires knowledge of LTL workflows, freight classes, and DOT regulations, along with advanced Excel, strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Own daily service delivery and long-term success for strategic logistics accounts. Coordinate customers, internal operations, and carrier partners; monitor shipments, resolve exceptions, communicate proactively, and maintain service standards. Develop customer-specific procedures, track KPIs and SLAs, lead account reviews, support implementations and bids, and identify retention and responsible growth opportunities. The role requires strong freight execution knowledge, account management experience, analytical ability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
