Teams at American Dental Education Association

Manages ADEA’s professional learning programs, including micro-credentials, digital badging, webinars, on-demand courses, and LMS operations. Coordinates speakers, course development, registrations, technical production, learner support, analytics, CE credit processing, marketing, vendor contracts, and continuous improvement. Supports Council of Faculties programming and develops operating procedures. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, volunteers, vendors, and subject matter experts, with occasional travel and evening or weekend event support.

Maintains the ADEA Data Portal and research data platform, including dashboards, datasets, documentation, functionality, privacy, and security. Collects, cleans, validates, analyzes, and reports dental education data using surveys, administrative sources, scraping, and databases. Develops spreadsheet and interactive visual reports, supports members and vendors, contributes to automation and algorithms, and ensures data integrity and regulatory compliance.
