Provides executive financial leadership for a growing manufacturing organization, advising the CEO and leadership team on strategy, profitability, cash flow, capital planning, risk, forecasting, and long-range growth. Leads and develops the finance team, oversees budgeting and financial analysis, manages working capital and inventory oversight, and guides ERP conversion, financial process improvements, controls, dashboards, and reporting. The role also manages external financial relationships and supports a related business subsidiary.

Designs mechanical and structural layouts for custom heavy industrial equipment from order review through manufacturing support. Responsibilities include detailed drawing development, design validation, component selection, vendor and customer coordination, drawing review, and resolving fabrication or assembly issues. The role works across engineering, sales, manufacturing, and field teams, with occasional facility or job-site visits.

Lead multiple custom-engineered crane and hoist projects from contract award through delivery. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, scope, risks, change orders, invoicing milestones, customer communications, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers. The role also supports proposal reviews, process improvement, and operational excellence while serving as the primary customer contact.
