Manage core accounting functions and tax compliance for the Georgia office, including monthly/annual tax filings, banking liaison, expense tracking, VAT exemptions, and financial documentation. Provide administrative support: records management, procurement, HR record-keeping, contract coordination, event logistics, visa facilitation, translation, and back-up communications. Coordinate with Washington, DC finance department and ensure compliance with Georgian law and American Councils policies.
