Manage ACEC and ACEC Research Institute’s daily finance operations, including budgeting, monthly close, financial statements, reconciliations, cash management, investments, tax filings, and audit coordination. Supervise two finance staff, administer Sage Intacct and expense systems, maintain internal controls and PCI compliance, support board and committee reporting, and improve finance processes and automation.

Manages donor and member engagement, scholarship administration, the Community Building Roadmap, and the RCEP program. Coordinates donor deliverables, reporting, meetings, scholarship criteria, platform support, grant distribution, social media promotion, website updates, board logistics, and fundraising events. Builds relationships with donors, members, providers, students, universities, association staff, and engineering-industry leaders while supporting the Executive Director.
