Lead primary qualitative and quantitative market research to inform product, portfolio, and go-to-market decisions. Design and execute surveys, interviews, focus groups, and needs assessments; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations; create annual research roadmaps; partner with product, finance, and stakeholders; monitor pulmonary and critical care trends; mentor staff on research design.

Manage a portfolio of 100–200 leadership annual donors ($100–$4,999), drive retention and incremental growth through personalized outreach and engagement planning, steward gifts and pledges, coordinate pledge monitoring with Finance, maintain CRM records, produce reports and analyses, and support annual stewardship campaigns.
