Manage a portfolio of 100–200 leadership annual donors ($100–$4,999), drive retention and incremental growth through personalized outreach and engagement planning, steward gifts and pledges, coordinate pledge monitoring with Finance, maintain CRM records, produce reports and analyses, and support annual stewardship campaigns.

Support and monitor data pipelines and curated datasets, perform exploratory analysis and model validation, develop SQL data models in Snowflake, troubleshoot ETL/ELT jobs, integrate proprietary and third-party data, validate AI-generated insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Customer 360 and leadership analytics.

Lead corporate partnerships and revenue generation across pharma, device, and biotech sectors. Prospect, develop, and negotiate customized proposals; collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize funded projects; coach internal staff and volunteers; manage relationships with industry supporters to meet/exceed revenue goals and advance CHESTs mission.
