Teams at American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania

Manage approximately 100 major-gift donors, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts of $10,000 or more, including planned and complex gifts. Develop donor strategies, maintain portfolio records, create reports, and partner with executive leadership, board members, program staff, and national ACLU colleagues. Lead statewide development initiatives, donor events, and fundraising strategy while advancing equity, inclusion, and ethical fundraising practices.

Coordinates communications department workflows, tracks content production schedules, manages incoming requests in Asana, and prepares status reports. Publishes routine social media content, manages a weekly media newsletter, supports campaign content, creates template-based graphics, assists with short-form video production, coordinates email requests, and supports events through logistics and live content collection. The role also onboards digital storytellers and interns while collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
