Teams at American Civil Liberties Union Foundation

The intern will support ACLU attorneys through legal research, memoranda, correspondence, factual investigation, discovery, trial preparation, litigation development, amicus briefs, court proceedings, and legislative advocacy. The role provides hands-on experience applying constitutional theories and case law to civil rights and civil liberties matters. Interns must work full time for 11 weeks and may attend in-person events across Virginia.
