Plans and executes grassroots advocacy campaigns across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Recruits, trains, develops, and engages volunteers; coordinates legislative campaigns, coalition partnerships, elected-official relationships, advocacy events, communications, and volunteer fundraising. Maintains volunteer data and digital communications, supports electoral activities, and ensures compliance with lobbying, legal, and organizational requirements. This remote role requires travel within the assigned states, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.

Leads state-level legislative and regulatory advocacy across Montana and Wyoming, building relationships with policymakers, coalitions, volunteers, and stakeholders. Develops advocacy strategies, lobbies officials, analyzes legislation, drafts policy materials, manages campaigns and external vendors, supports grassroots mobilization, represents the organization publicly, and ensures compliance with lobbying and campaign finance requirements. The role is remote within Montana or Wyoming, with regular state-capital presence and travel up to 20%.
