Supports commercial credit and portfolio management for a regional banking office. Responsibilities include analyzing existing and prospective borrowers, underwriting loans, monitoring portfolio risk and covenants, making credit recommendations, managing complex relationships, supporting business development, preparing reports, ensuring policy compliance, and training junior credit employees.

Investigates disputes, suspicious activity, fraudulent checks, and other fraud cases while ensuring compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and banking regulations. Coordinates remediation across departments, supports customers, reviews payment items, prepares fraud and identity-theft trend reports, escalates issues, and mentors less experienced specialists. Maintains cases in fraud-management systems, supports audits and law-enforcement reporting, and helps protect customers and the bank from losses.

Provides entry-level administrative and client service support to relationship managers and client service officers. Handles calls, calendars, correspondence, client follow-up, account documentation, credit-file maintenance, statements, transaction requests, exception reports, and operational tasks. Ensures forms and information are complete, routes items for approval, maintains customer records, and escalates exceptions or compliance concerns in accordance with banking procedures and regulations.
