Manages the technical, financial, budgetary, and schedule execution of multiple projects. Develops budgets and schedules, directs engineers and surveyors, monitors project performance, prepares client reports, manages documentation and invoicing, supports collections, and contributes to proposals, staffing, client communication, and employee development.

Prepare monthly recurring journal entries, overhead allocations, and ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Compile monthly rolling profitability forecasts and assist with the annual corporate budget. Analyze corporate client receivables and support accounting and reporting for the corporate division under direction of the Senior Financial Corporate Analyst.

Designs and implements enterprise database architecture, relational databases, data warehouses, data models, archiving strategies, and migration solutions. Develops database security, backup, and recovery specifications; provides MIS and database operational support; codes utilities; resolves user issues; and supports legacy-system migrations. The role also requires collaboration, technical training, and expertise in Oracle, ETL, PL/SQL, and dimensional data modeling.
