Supports corporate hiring across multiple departments in the United States and Canada. Manages requisitions from creation through offer acceptance, develops sourcing strategies, identifies passive candidates, partners with hiring managers and HR teams, reports recruiting metrics, and supports college recruiting and career-fair activities. The role uses ATS tools, represents Talent Acquisition to leadership, and may travel occasionally for recruiting events.

Leads government and commercial programs from contract award through completion, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating cross-functional teams. Oversees scope, cost, schedule, quality, risks, resources, documentation, invoices, contractual compliance, and stakeholder communications. Reviews proposals, manages program issues, conducts reviews, prepares reports, and supports client management and business development. The role may involve U.S. government, ITAR-sensitive, maritime, cybersecurity modernization, and international projects, with occasional on-site client visits.

Supports Project Accounting and FP&A by handling project-related requests, assisting with accounting cleanup, preparing future billing reports, contributing to weekly Greater China revenue flash reporting, and supporting finance initiatives. Requires at least a 3.0 GPA, preferably in a finance-related major, basic Microsoft application knowledge, and strong spoken and written English.
