Provide on-site HSE leadership for a BNSF railroad bridge construction project: develop and execute site-specific safety plans, conduct audits, train staff, manage incident investigations, liaise with clients and authorities, and maintain HSE records and metrics.

Plan and execute marine-based heavy civil construction work including structural steel and machinery refurbishment. Support superintendents/foremen, coordinate safety and quality compliance, manage subcontractors and suppliers, control schedule and cost tracking, and mentor field engineers and interns.
